This outdoor set is a wonderful addition to our deck and so easy to put together. The table is a perfect size for drinks or a floral centerpiece. We added an umbrella, a small outdoor area rug and some decorative plants and pillows to really spruce it up. The construction is sturdy and durable and weather resistant. Since the set is modular and builds in two pieces (leftside and rightside of the L-shape), I use two 12-inch+ velcro straps on the connecting legs which is discreet and prevents the two sides from separating when I have to move it to sweep under the set. The size of the side tables is perfect for drinks and plates. No armrests but you can use the backrests - no problem there at all. We LOVE our new bar stools! We bought a new house with a really high counter and it needed stools. Our counter is 47 inches tall and we bought the 36 inch stools. At first, I was thinking they were too high, but after we got used to it, we are comfortable eating in this arrangement. I still would probably take two inches off if I could but my husband and I use them for every meal. We also bought a new dining set but we’ve only used it when we have visitors. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers..
