Bought as a replacement tub for remodel, not a new build space. Actual tub is 18 of inch bigger than dimensions listed and also in the product packaging!!! We had to rip out our drywall and trim down studs to fit it in our replacement tub space 60 inch standard. Tub install directions are thorough explains putting thinsetmortar under tub. Finish is shiny. We bought the drain from Kingston brass, as other ones will not fit under it correctly we found. Can’t wait to have a bath! The bathtub itself likely will suit our needs once we are able to use it. However, after having installed this 440-pound tub we found out the overflow hole is a half-inch smaller than the schematic shows. Thus, we could not install a standard-sized overflow valve such as one could buy at any American plumbing store. This put our project way behind schedule. We went from store to store to try and match the screw-hole dimension without success. We finally reached out to Wayfair who immediately understood and made inquiries on our behalf (thank you, Catherine, at Wayfair).
