For the price, I’m very happy with the quality. I ordered 4. Shipping was pretty quick ( a lot quicker than the estimated delivery date). Packaging was excellent. Instructions were simple and clear…easy to understand ( unlike many items that come with poor English translations). The white gloves were a nice touch lol. Assembly was quick. First one took longer (learning curve). 4th one took 23 minutes from careful unpacking to putting the felt pads on the bottom of the legs. I lost 2 minutes due to trying to get the paper off the sticky pads . I like that there are small indentations in case you want to put the screw in type later. Overall. I notmally never buy anything without thoroughly reading reviews but this was a basic black bed frame so i figured it wasn’t a big deal. First we assembled the frame and there was a large gap. We realized we must have received queen side rails instead of full size. I contacted Wayfair and they immediately sent new side rails. As you can see from the photos the new side rails although they say they are for full size they are still too long. This would leave a significant gap between mattress and frame which makes no sense. I went back and looked at the measurements for each size frame from this brand and they make no sense. Wayfair is taking everything back. It’s unfortunate bc otherwise i do really like the frame but the sizing is off. This is no fault of Wayfair. They’ve corrected the issue. It’s a manufacturer issue with product.. Jennifer.
