This door knob arrived on time. It is absolutely gorgeous. A little smaller than expected, but the measurements are clearly stated. Waiting for my door installer to put on new front door so I can have these installed. Can't wait. I'm sure I will get a lot of compliments. I like how it looks like - kinda old style and cozy. I wasn’t sure which set do I need to select - left hand or right hand, but the support team helped me with it. Let me put the answer here, maybe it will help somebody else “Handing is determined by the exterior side of the door, whichever side the hinges are on.” The only concerning thing is that it’s hard to turn the lock, you need to put more forces than usual. We bought this set. We discovered the side facing the inside of the house does not cover the plate and as two "bars" sticking out making it not fit flush with the door. The real problem is the level handle does not go down to open the door (that is the normal way things are suppose to work) , but you have to push it up!!!!! We had this set installed by a professional locksmith company. IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE DISASTER. It costs us almost $700 for the set and $200 for the installation with the attempts to correct the problems. The customer service is great, the product is garbage.. Calvin Fleming. Germantown, TN.
