This is a great bidet style toilet. I am definitely taking off one star because the buttons on the side are very far back, making it very difficult to push if you are sitting on the side. You have to use the remote to use the bidet so if the remote breaks all of the features besides the on and off and the flush are not accessible. The water pressure and temperature is great and it appears to have great water pressure when flushing. You will need to have an electrical outlet very close to it as the cord is a bit on the shorter side and it will not work if it is not connected to an electrical source. We're in the middle of a build, so we haven't had the opportunity to use this as of yet. Out of the package, I can say this exceeded our expectations. The packaging was solid, box took some hits in shipment, but it was so well protected it was a non issue. Sleek design. This model is a little more basic on options than others, but it has all you really need. Bidet, heated seat, warm air dryer. The soft close lid is a very nice touch as well. However, this is not a DIY-friendly installation. It requires a dedicated electrical outlet, so a professional electrician is needed, and the plumbing setup also requires a licensed plumber. At the moment, we are still waiting for a plumber to complete the installation, so plan accordingly if you’re considering this purchase.
