I actually had to retrain myself how to vacuum because it only takes a light touch compared to the force I had to put behind my upright vacuum (which was considered lightweight at the time I bought it 5 years ago). The bags last for several cleanings and the tools are all very easy to use. The fact that it has a happy face makes cleaning a bit less of a chore, too! :) I recommend this vacuum, as I have noticed a significant decline in allergies when I use it. With my old upright bagless vac, I would cough and sneeze for a solid day after cleaning. Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily.
