Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Delivery took 6 weeks. Spa arrived crated and in great condition. Delivery guys were very helpful. It’s compatible with 120v240v and after we wired it to my 50 amp disconnect, we realized the tub comes configured for a 120v service. It took a little reconfiguring but we were able to program to 240v. After filling the spa, we noticed water pooling underneath and after inspection found several leaks coming from the led fixtures. Re fastened leds and sealed. No leaks since. Update after 4 weeks of use, the pump stopped working and currently working with manufacturer to source a new pump under the warranty.. Paul. Michigan. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty.
