The actual product was fine and met expectations. However 3 of these large tiles were damaged. I ordered just enough for my bathroom. When the 3 were discovered as damaged, Wayfair replaced with another delivery. However the tiles showed up 1 month later. They could not offer expedite shipping. My bathroom renovation completion was delayed due to this. The delivery attempts were also delayed despite receiving email updates. Then they delivered to my neighbors house. Luckily since I noticed this immediately they were able to drive back and pick up and bring back to my house. 6 new tiles but 2 were damaged. This was a monster to put together. If you have ever built a skywalker these are like twice as difficult to build. A lot of the screws didn’t line up. The picture directions were tricky. We assembled some pieces backwards so we had to disassemble and reassemble (it didn’t match the pictures). The screws were tricky to get in, they are blunt ended so you have to line them up to the threading well or they don’t go in. Trying to get the round gram on to the legs after building was challenging and we scraped quite a bit of the finish trying to get everything in place. With skywalker you build the legs then add the round frame piece by piece, with skytric you do it backwards you build the top then add the legs. It didn’t go smoothly. The screws we had to loosen and retighten after getting pieces in and shifted. The springs went on like any other trampoline we have ever had and the tool is helpful getting the first few on. We going 1 on each side the add another print and work our way around and found that to be the easiest method. The safety pad by far beats anything on the market we’ve come across it attaches and covers those springs well! It’s not loose, it doesn’t flop around, it’s a great pad. The safety net attaches rather weird and I prefer the ease of skywalker where it slides through the V hooks vs having to use clips and tie it down. The safety poles went up easy enough and the PVC covers over the poles tie everything together so it all matches. Some of the foam arrived damaged but the PVC covers hide the damage and it doesn’t effect the usability of the trampoline. The top pole that wraps around the safety net again far outranks any we’ve seen on the market, it holds the net open and is far sturdier than comparable brands. The net doesn’t appear like it will sag because of the ring at the top. This was the most difficult we’ve built to date but seems to be far more durable and better built than others. My only complaint is the safety net, it doesn’t attach to the pad easily and I ran out of cording to attach it to the pad. This brand has a higher weight rating than most on the market which made me feel better. It also has a way better opening than others. Again it was a beast to assemble and my husband and I have built like 5, we buy new ones when we move. This one seems durable enough we could move it with us. The screws we had to loosen and retighten after getting pieces in and shifted. The springs went on like any other trampoline we have ever had and the tool is helpful getting the first few on. We going 1 on each side the add another print and work our way around and found that to be the easiest method. The safety pad by far beats anything on the market we’ve come across it attaches and covers those springs well! It’s not loose, it doesn’t flop around, it’s a great pad. The safety net attaches rather weird and I prefer the ease of skywalker where it slides through the V hooks vs having to use clips and tie it down. The safety poles went up easy enough and the PVC covers over the poles tie everything together so it all matches. Some of the foam arrived damaged but the PVC covers hide the damage and it doesn’t effect the usability of the trampoline. The top pole that wraps around the safety net again far outranks any we’ve seen on the market, it holds the net open and is far sturdier than comparable brands. The net doesn’t appear like it will sag because of the ring at the top. This was the most difficult we’ve built to date but seems to be far more durable and better built than others. My only complaint is the safety net, it doesn’t attach to the pad easily and I ran out of cording to attach it to the pad. This brand has a higher weight rating than most on the market which made me feel better. It also has a way better opening than others. Again it was a beast to assemble and my husband and I have built like 5, we buy new ones when we move. This one seems durable enough we could move it with us.
