Best advice is to not tighten all the screws so you are able to move pieces a little while assembling. Then go through and tighten all when complete. Followed instructions. All hardware included. Directions were easy and clear, all parts labeled nearly, says it takes two people to assemble, but I did it myself in an hour. 'Lots of screws all put in with the provided Alan wrench which got a bit tiring, but not terrible. I might suggest a rubber mallet as helpful, but not critical.
