I am not new to making pasta, I have the kitchen-aid mixer pasta attachments, but was looking for an easier way. I will start by saying I have only used it one time and the results were okay. I think it could and probably will get easier the more I use it. The build is fine but it is almost all plastic, including the molds, so not sure about the long term durability. The instructions to put the machine together are okay but the part on how to operate it is weak. I followed the process, trying to use logic along the way, and got there. I followed the basic dough recipe and it was way too dry, but at least 50 more water. Once I got that sorted out it went smoother, but I had to extrude 3 times to get the pasta out. So, if you are willing to play around with it, I think it could be fun and handy. If you are looking for durability and easy, maybe not your best choice.. Scott. Manhattan, KS. Wed Jun 09 2021
