You have to lean on the back to make the back tilt 2. Hard to see on the stock picture, but the cilindar connecting the chair to the wheel platform actually prochudes towards ground. Its tip is very closed to the ground and it will hit the ground if you have a carpet underneath. Things I regret 1. I wish I bought the version which has seat tilting 2. Haven’t put food down it yet but it takes gel and water. Installation instructions were confusing because one piece was different than pictured and they are not labled properly. My first time booking something like this up and it took about one hour. Used youtube to help put it together. It’s very heavy so I recommend using a bucket to hold it up. Wayfair delivered the wrong item at first but then sent me the correct one without a hassle. I know I can always count on Wayfair to make it right! I’ve been using this chair for a bit now, and overall I’m really happy with it. You can immediately tell it’s built to handle real use — the frame feels solid and the base is very stable, which gives you confidence compared to cheaper chairs. The seat is wide and well-cushioned, which makes a big difference if you’re sitting for long periods. The mesh back is another plus — it keeps airflow going so you don’t get that overheated feeling during the day. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support are also nice touches and help with posture during longer work sessions. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take too long. Once put together, everything feels sturdy and functional. The wheels roll smoothly and the height/tilt adjustments are easy to use. If I had to point out anything, it’s that the chair is definitely on the larger side, so make sure you have enough space for it. But that’s expected given the “big and tall” design. The LEDefense light looks cool and it seems to really work well too. I have put a lot of garlic through it and the light seems to have kept any odor from that at bay. Love that feature, cuz the musty disposal smell was one of the reasons that I had my last disposal ripped out. Because of these extra features, it takes up a bit more room under the sink.
