Very nice quality, clearly not a cheaply made model. the power took a little getting used to from his prior recliner - you can't just push your feet down and get out, you have to (obviously) power it back down. But once he got used to it, he found it very comfortable, loves the headrest that comes up to meet the back of your head a bit higher even after feet are up. It is a manual push-back recliner, but there are no instructions included explaining that, and no lever, so it was initially confusing to understand how to engage and disengage the footrest. Once we figured it out, it works fine, but clearer guidance would have made the experience much smoother. Still a great looking, comfortable chair with nice materials.
