The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. I could tell it was going to be a nice rug it came in 5 and I repeat 5 different thick plastic wraps and came with a security tag as well worth the extra money, can't say the same about the other two rugs so you do get what you pay for..
