The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. It's beautiful but quite disppointed that it arrived dented and there is paint missing where it is dented. The dent also created a gap on the from of the mailbox. Also, the description said it came with the post. After waiting over a month for the mailbox to arrive, it arrived without the post and dented.
