I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. Great, sturdy mailbox. Looks fantastic. We now have by far the nicest mailbox on the street. It is pretty heavy (about 25lbs I believe) so make sure your post can handle it. Not a fan of the wood block for mounting. It will eventually rot. Would have liked to see a pvc product or similar. The Solarium is wonderful. Took us two weekends to put together. We were not in a rush. Instructions were well written and easy to follow.
