This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. The sink looks beautiful. Waiting to be installed. The only flaw I noticed was around the drain hole. The metal seems showing darker and is not gold like the rest of the sink. It is not noticeable unless you look directly at it. Not sure how cleaning of this sink will be. the space for the drain is narrow. Can only access with a tooth brush to clean. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Have not installed yet but the item looks to be of great quality and the installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. According to the instruction, only one chroma light could be hooked a Mr. Steam generator.
