This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. The standard 3-inch (77 mm)polished stainless-steel draft tower dispenser, which is mounted to the top center counter, is cooled by continuous cold air circulation to maintain tap temperature that reduces foam when dispensing and can easily fill pint beer glasses, frosted beer mugs and pitchers. Premium features on this model include a self-contained forced air refrigeration system which cools the base cabinet and tower to optimize temperature throughout your commercial operations. The solid-state digital control system is designed with LED temperature display. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity.
