I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Tue Apr 29 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch benchmark induction range is a great piece of hardware. I love how fast it brings water to a boil and how well built it appears to be. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly.
