Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you. Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out.
