I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. This is the perfect shower head. I have this model in both my bathtub and stand-alone shower. It’s great for either size experience. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. The quality of this shower head is also amazing! It is chrome and very, very well put together. Getting it installed took no time to do either! It only took a few minutes, and it was very straight forward on how to do it. There are instructions but I didn't really need them! The size is great too! It is bigger than I expected, but I am ok with that! It just looks really nice in my shower! The best thing about this shower head, is that it makes you feel like you are using a lot of water, but you are actually not using a lot! The coverage is great too! I love that it feels like rainfall! There is even a pause setting, so when you are washing, you can pause the water until you need it again! This is a great feature to have. There are also 3 settings, which give you different coverage. It's just a really, really fancy shower head and really versatile! Cleaning the shower head is also super simple. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out.
