just don,t like the fact that the delivery people delivered it and probably had it in the truck up side down. AFTER OPENING THE BOX THE DOOR WAS NOT SECURED WITH TOP AND BOTTOM BRACES, STAPLES WERE USED IN WRAPPING UP THE DOOR WITH CARDBOARD AND PUT INTO THE BRICK MOLDING. NOW I FIND THAT IT IS MADE TO FIT A THICKER DOOR OPENING AND IT IS GOING TO COST AN ADDITIONAL $500. TO FRAM IT OUT AND WE HAVE TO FIR OUT THE OUTER WALL TO MAKE IT WORK. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven heats up to the specified temperature reasonably fast even without a fast preheat feature. So far I have only used the conventional bake feature, but it works fine. Will be testing convection and other features soon.
