I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. Is the heating element on your Samsung electric stove isn't able to produce heat or is overheating, or damaged or malfunctioning, you may need to replace the infinite switch. This infinite switch for Samsung electric stoves allows the variable power output of a heating element of an electric stove. So if the switch is malfunctioning it probably has broken terminals and needs to be completely replaced.
