Absolutely gorgeous! It was packaged perfectly - no damage sustained in transit. Each statue and base was protected in thick styrofoam and then encased in custom wood framed. It took us about an hour and a half to get all the statues out and set up but once they were up they looked super expensive! I was waiting to review until winter to see if it was damaged by the weather but I can confidently say that after one of the harshest North Eastern winters they all look exactly how they came! This is a beautiful gazebo. The instructions are in pictures so if you need words for direction you are out of luck. It took my husband and I a total of 24 hours to put it together and he is a mechanic. The total time was partially because of our unusual placement in which the gazebo extends further than our patio space. Also, we secured the front posts in an unconventional manner by placing them in large pots which were then filled with heavy materials. There are what seems like millions of screws and other pieces. There were quite a few "disagreements" while assembling this item which was entertaining for the neighbors. We both agreed that if anyone ever asks us to help them build a gazebo we will politely decline. All parts were present but we made sure of this prior to starting the build. There were a few times that we could have used the help of another person when building the frame but stepladders helped immensely.
