We replaced our shallow non-jetted 60 by 60 inch tub with this one which takes up way less space. It is deep and comfortable and there are a variety of ways you can use the jets and lights. I haven't used the aromatherapy part. I especially like that the tub cleans out the jets so water does not sit in the pipes molding. It does NOT have an in-line heater to keep the water warm. There are only 2 minor cons to this purchase: the tub is narrow and a tight fit for anyone pleasingly plump. There is not enough room to flip over and push up and out and the bottom of the tub is slippery. I had safety grit put down and a handrail to pull myself up with. Pros: values, finish, versatility of lights, smells, and jets with multiple settings, pipes purge and clean themselves after use Cons: narrow and a bit short (if you are over 5 feet tall you won't be able to stretch out completely.). Nice addition to my bathroom - because of it it’s small imprint- it is minimalist, simple and elegant - but unfortunately, first it is a slow draining tub - in fact very very slow - and secondly it is rather noisy when draining (horrible rattling) but after all the trouble of installing it I don’t see uninstalling it - I wish there is a solution to this problem… The plastic sides popped off because of the rattling while draining…. Meh. It’s ok I guess. Pretty flimsy in comparison to the Miele that I’m replacing. I had very specific measurements for the chimney size, exhaust venting and style that would work so I guess beggars can’t be choosers but it’s not really what I would consider to be high end or even mid quality. Just cheaply made in my opinion. It’s held on with 2 x 1.25” 6 wood screws and my wife can lift it up by herself. The Miele we took down was a beast and solid like a piece of granite. This thing I can bend with my bare hands. Also the packaging is pretty lame. When it arrived the styrofoam was broken and there was a big dent on the back I had to hammer out (won’t ever see it).
