I haven’t installed the tub yet, but I am very pleased with the look. The delivery by Osmel and Eloy was seamless. I was given a four hour time slot that they met, and messaged me before arrival. This delivery went without a hitch, surprisingly if you consider the size and weight of this tub. I’m hoping the delivery of an 84” vanity I hope to be ordering soon from Wayfair will go as well.. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use.
