I have ordered this couch twice in 5 years for different places. I like the firmness of it. I have sciatica and back pain so soft sesting exacerbates my discomfort. I got the orange one before and this time I went with the brown. The color actually looks much better in person. I thought it would be a drabby dull brown but it is nice! I even like the pillows. The delivery team drilled legs on this one. I don't think my first one had legs so that was a nice upgrade in design that makes it easy to move around. I love and re-ordered this sofa for it's compact size, storage, firmness and its dual bed functionality. The price has gone up and down over the years and even after I bought it.
