Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. Nice looking tub, but while inspecting prior to install notices that the holes were very rough with burrs that would catch the threads on a cloth, would definitely scratch you in the tub. Repair person was sent and it can be fixed. Unfortunately after install we found that light shines directly through the tub and the fiberglass is paper thin (noticed from a plumbing hatch in the closet behind the tub). The fiberglass repair guy says it will need to be removed and be reinforced to properly fix. The real question is what else will be wrong with this tub?!
