I had used this type of air conditioner at an Air BnB and really like it, this was main reason for ordering this one and it is great. The inverter option is great for any place with short winters for the same reason noted above, no furnace needed! I heat up a room for the cold hours of the night and that’s it. The remote control is a must, but it works great with the thermostat so I just set the temperature I like and that’s it! The room stays at a comfortable temperature. My husband was able to do most of the installation. It was relatively easy to install the unit on the wall with parts that are included, we only had a certified electrician do the the connection and final install of the unit. I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters. I ordered this for my husband's job. We've used it one time so far and it seems to be working well. It does use a lot of electricity since we had it plugged in we received an alert from our electric company. It is quite big. The picture make it looks smaller.
