This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand. Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
