I did a thorough search ALL OVER the internet and in person in stores to find a convertible AND NICE LOOKING, Well-made crib for my sister’s baby. I didn’t want my niece in something that was not safe and/or looked cheap. It was hard to do this under $1000. This crib is by far the best I found. If your not wanting to pay this much, RECONSIDER, and keep in mind that this 5-in-1 crib is worth the money, because it converts to a toddler bed, then twin, then full size bed as the child grows. This cribs fabric back will be a very move headboard for when she gets older. We put it together ourselves and it was EASY and also durable. We got the dresser and changing table from the same set and we are VERY pleased with the quality and look of all pieces. BONUS—The first crib came with a broken piece (it broke in transit) and Wayfair BLEW US AWAY WITH THEIR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were quick to send out a WHOLE NEW CRIB and of course, took the broken one away when they delivered the replacement. They followed up with emails, phone calls and really stayed on top of it. In a world where ANY customer service is almost non-existent, WAYFAIR HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mistakes and accidents happen, it’s HOW A COMPANY HANDLES IT THAT MATTERS and Wayfair handled it easy, fast, friendly and LIKE TOTAL PROS! Special shoutout to ALICIA C., who was our case manager and oversaw the entire process.
