My husband and I (well, mostly him) put it together ourselves and while it took quite a while (because there's like 8000 pieces to it), the instructions were surprisingly clear. Some of the wood was warped and didn't fit together very we, but with a few tweaks we got it to work. Make sure there's a strong person available on delivery day because the driver needed my husband's help to get it off the truck. No way I would have been able to move those boxes. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
