Ticking Stripes are as classic as it gets when it comes to home textiles. Although it comes from humble beginnings, Ticking Stripes are no longer utilitarian and have found their place in modern design intending to evoke a homespun or industrial aesthetic.

I ordered two stationary curtain panels 20” x 108” in Walnut. The fabric seems to be of good quality and thickness and the color is exactly as shown on the website. However, I think that the pleats are a little on the shallow side so that the folds will not be as full as I would like them (only 4” between pleats). But, for a ready-made drape, I would say that the value is there for the money paid. I am waiting to cut cut down the wooden hardware that I bought before hanging them, but I believe they will look fine in my small apartment.. Judith. New Kent, VA. Tue Nov 25 2025
