Overall my son loves it and this is what he’s been wanting for a couple months now. There were a little bit of confusion on the beginning steps only because you have to really pay attention to the whole positions. After you get past that part, it’s really easy. Such an amazing lift bed…. Super comfortable for my pre-teen, and it’s even more stable and sturdy than anticipated. My biggest concern is that it would shake or move when she would climb to the top, and it is a big solid piece. It makes her room look bigger as it makes space for her that she didn’t have with a regular full sized bed. My only disappointment is that it looks taller in the photo in the underneath side of the loft where the desk portion is. My daughter who is ten (needs to duck and use a bean bag chair as she cannot sit on a normal sized chair as it is extremely low underneath (however this leaves ample room for her when she is in the top position in the bed). It took 8 12 hours for one person to build this loft bed (and compared to my other daughters loft bed which we also purchased at Wayfair at the same time as this one this loft beds instructions for assembly was a lot more confusing and disorganized) but it was still worth it once put together! 45 stars. Just what we needed to update our Innomax fluid support bed to an Adjust-a-rest air bed! We LOVE it! It works great for King sleepers who use the middle of the bed unlike the old air number mattresses. (I do strongly recommend purchasers refer to the Innomax set-up instruction video found online because no instructions come with the product. The product does take several hours to set up and you must have a compatible bed, but it apparently fits the standard softside with 4"x6" foam rails.) So convenient to be able to get this delivered to our door in Canada with no unexpected duty/brokerage charges instead of getting it ourselves from Innomax in Denver, Colorado.
