Had we gone with the 13" we wouldn't have to touch up paint around it, but I also like that they aren't that noticeable and something bigger might have been too obtrusive as this is just a small rectangle between multiple rooms. Haven’t installed yet, but these were a great value on sale! I’ve seen some places charging 80 per light and the cheapest other option was still 40. I love this light. It recesses nicely into the ceiling, dims well without any flickering. Lighting temperature is adjustable, however the fixture must be removed to change.
