Bought the primed functional half round gable vent, and am happy with the solid construction. Before painting needed to remove the insect screen, which was stapled to the back, to avoid getting paint on the screen. Also needed to sand some edges due to wood splinters and one slat which had a significant raised grain pattern. Reattached the screen with brass nails as the staples were unusable.. Caroline B.
