I can’t say enough good things about Ekena. Every order has arrived quickly, perfectly packed, and in flawless condition. The quality is so impressive that it pushed me to take on DIY projects I never imagined doing alone. I purchased a mitre saw, nail gun and caulking gun and was ready to go. Honestly, this has gotten so easy that I installed crown molding in my bathroom using leftover scraps in less than 45 minutes one day after work. Let me preface this by saying I am a carpenter by trade, so maybe my expectations were a little higher than they should have been. I think these cross heads are a great product, but have a few issues. Maybe I got a “dud”, but the thing was warped/bowed like crazy. I had to manipulate the thing for about half an hour, glueing and fastening just to get it to sit somewhat flush and level. The pre-mitered corners had some issues as well. Not a flush cut, So I had to do a bit of work on it. For the price, and the convenience of not having to make it by hand..I’d say go for it! Just be sure you understand some work will have to be done to get it perfect. I also want to mention, I got a set of Pilasters from the same company, and those came out excellent! Highly recommend.
