Soft close and open with anti-slam incorporated, this is completely hidden inside of the track. This slows and softly approaches the door both during the closing as well as during the sliding into the counter-frame.

Fully integrated inside the rail and invisible from the outside, this is equipped with an oil piston that slows and softly accompanies the door in the closing phase. (Soft closer in one direction) can be purchased with the Self Closing system to make a self-closing with a soft close pocket door.

It works fine, but be aware this is for the Eclisse BIAS, not the Eclisse BIAS DS. The instructions (at least at time of purchase) were for BIAS DS, which is a double-sided soft-close.. Anonymous. Sun Oct 29 2023

Just slide the door towards its closed position and at a certain point the door takes over and softly closes. This useful and safe (no trapped fingers) device allows a smooth closing movement of the door.

Reasonably designed and built. - Door frame. The door frame leaves a bit to be desired. Very hard to mount drywall and baseboard and Door trim molding to because there's just not much realestate to run fasteners into. - Door. The door is incased with a Masonite shell. Under the Masonite, the sides are laminated solid wood. The top and bottom are softer masonite like material so, be careful when installing the hardware, this material can strip easy, no second changes. - Hardware. Overall is good though the soft close is a waste of time. Never could figure out how to mount the trigger bracket so, just felt off. - Primer finish.
