Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. I would high recommend this toilet for remodel, replacement projects because it doesn't have a traditional stopper, water tank and the self-enclosed tank is clean and hopefully worry free for several years.. This is very sturdy and well built. It came packaged very well and had no dings. Not press board and no assembly other than screwing in leg bottoms but can work without if preferred. Also had to put on drawer pulls but easily done with screw driver. True white color and true to dimensions. I bought to match a Birch Lane bed that was discontinued.
