Which is a pity, because the granny knot on which NUT is based sat proudly on the heraldic badge of the Bourchier family. We however are fortunate to live in an era when NUT can adorn our own little castles; a powerful symbol of our exquisite breeding. We can thank the brilliant Marivi Calvo and Ray Power for their valor and insight. Long may they reign supreme.

But it is this beautiful, nickel finish that looks both silver and gold in the light And this beautiful hombre and crackle finish to the lampshade itself. Whatever the case, he became enamoured with novelist Agatha Christie, and chose to celebrate her murder-mystery tomes with this equally mysterious lamp named in her honour. And while Christie weaves an intriguing tale, Eslava has woven a captivating piece of light-art that asks us only one curly question: Was it the butler?

WEP prides itself on creating minimal waste by only constructing fixtures per order, while also designing for optimum sustainability. Bruck Lighting uses recyclable material for shipping and fills boxes to reduce excess waste. Our products are designed using lighter materials to lessen the carbon footprint. Bruck’s headquarters in California uses solar energy, and we pride ourselves on being a paperless company.
