Kudos to Panasonic on the quality and longevity of the unit that we replaced!! As to the new unit, we are very pleased. Well-built and cooks well. A big plus for us is that the unit is just under 24" wide (most other brands are slightly wider). Since we have a 24" wide alcove the oven sits in, perfect. I would tend to agree with the other reviewer who commented on the interior light being somewhat dim - maybe a 2nd light on the other side of the oven might have been nice. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite.
