Really like this chair. The material is very soft and feels nicely made. It is also wide and padded. What I struggle with is the arm rests. I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. My recent new position requires me to work from home, so we set up a little 'office' for my needs, which includes a stand/sit, option for the desk. My wife and I reviewed the possible candidates on Wayfair and we narrowed it down to about three. This one ticked the boxes. It arrived very well packaged and protected for transit. It is reasonably straightforward to assemble. Take your time and it goes to together well. The buttons (see photo) on the arms don't really have any function, I think they're supposed to lock the arm in the up or down position but don't. But don't worry, the arms won't drop down unexpectedly, and they swing up and back far enough to let you get out of the chair at the side. The chair adjusts for height (What I needed) how much resistance when you lean back in it, and how far back it leans. The adjustable foot ring at the base is very handy. Comfort? Oh wow! The previous office chair felt like sitting on rocks after 30 minutes. This is sublime. No really. There's a description of its seat internal construction, but quite honestly, I'd believe it if they said it contained only air. I have spent the last week, every day for 7 hours plus in it and I really didn't think I'd been sitting in anything. There's enough support for your thighs (I found using the foot ring takes the weight off your thighs too), back support is great. And the center pneumatic column is infinitely adjustable between its lowest and highest settings; it is worthwhile experimenting with until you get it how you need it. It isn't the cheapest out that, sure. But neither is it the most expensive you can buy, but so far for value for money I'm not sure it can be beaten. I searched for a long time for the perfect chair for my lift desk. It wasn't until I searched for "Drafting Chair" that I found this gem. My son recently started taking online classes and I wanted him to have a more comfortable desk chair since he'd be spending a lot of time in it. When this arrived, I was pleasantly surprised just how comfortable it is. It is adjustable in several ways (seat height, seat tilt, and chair back angle), plus the arm height is adjustable. The fabric is quality and should last for years. I chose the gray, which is a nice charcoal color. The arms are made of a different material, but just as plush and comfortable. The padding in the seat and back are very comfortable, not too firm or too soft, and I believe will keep their shape for a long time. The Duraforce Big&Tall office chair is very nice, supportive, and sturdy. I was looking specifically for a high-back office “captain’s chair” with solid arms that fasten to both the seat back and the seat itself, which means that the reclining function works by tilting back the entire chair in one piece, not moving the back. This setup always results in the chair being very solid vs. moving-back chairs. The chair is very comfortable, and the faux leather headrest is positioned farther forward than most office chairs, meaning you ca actually USE the headrest to support your neck while watching YouTube videos. As a big & tall chair , it’s not as massive as some others. The seat width of about 23 inches is good but not exceptional, and while the 400lbs max weight results in a very strong frame, there are chairs rated to 500 and 600lbs. I’m not that heavy, but a bigger max weight means the chair doesn’t creak as much if I lean on one arm in a weird way or shift around while reclining. The seat height is a bit too high at its lowest setting, but I always change the wheels of my chairs to something lower. Finally I really adore the look of the chair. Most of the office chairs out there are either gnarly gaming chairs or staid mesh chairs. This Duraforce reminds me of an ‘09 Corolla or Civic, and I really like that look. But that’s just me. 5/5..
