This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The vacuum is modern and sleek looking. I wish it had a floor attachment, for a floor attachment smaller than the vacuum itself so that I can get under and around chairs, dressers, beds. What I'm using now is an old longer hose to attach to the vacuum with an old floor attachment. This combination works well for me but I would have liked it all inclusive, especially for the price. This is your basic window AC unit. It arrived fairly quick and was easy to unbox. All the items inside arrived intact. This vacuum is perfect for my little place. It’s just a smaller version than the larger one that my daughter has. But the suction on this vacuum is outstanding! I read some of the other reviews who said it didn’t have much suction power but this one sucked up a lot of dog hair. I haven’t had a vacuum in a week and I have a golden retriever. You can see in the photo how much hair it sucked off my rug on the the floor and from the couch! I love this little vacuum!! it also has a really long cord, which is great. I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in somewhere else. It has several attachments that are helpful too. I also read where someone said when they vacuumed dust came out from the back. I didn’t have that problem at all and I’ve only got the one rug in my living room, which is a small space rug and then I have the hardwood floors, there was no dust coming out of this vacuum cleaner.
