This carpet runner is nice, it has some little rubber grippers on the back keeping the rug in place. The runner has a soft texture on top. It works well in my kitchen! I like the pattern too. The rug comes folded and vacuum sealed in plastic. There were no funny smells and the plastic will protect it from any water damage in transit.
