I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material. I have a mobile home that was missing shower doors when I bought it and it's a really unique size shower that even the local mobile home supply shop couldn't find an appropriately sized door for so I was psyched when I found a really reasonably priced one on Wayfair that was the right size. Not only were they the right size for this weird space but I think I paid less than $500 for the doors. If you ever looked at doors like this, that is one hell of a price. It is not cheap buying glass doors for a shower. I didn't have to have a professional install them either. My dad did it pretty easily. I really like the beveled look to the glass. I feel like they never look spotty or watered stained the way a flat glass would look. I'm really pleased with the purchase although I will admit I've probably had them a year or more and one of the little Basco logo stickers that's supposed to cover up a screw on the door frame just fell off. I noticed it in the bottom of the shower the other day but that's really the only thing I could say even remotely negative about the item. I now can give it a 5 as it is fully installed. The sliding doors are beautiful and there are no leakages. My previous shower had a door which drains on the floor.
