the item itself is great and as described. The docked star is more of a packaging issue. They ship it in a box that is closed with staples and the staples actually gouge the plastic of the product. This item is great. For the price, maybe I wouldn't have expected it to be flat-packed, and it was time-consuming to put together and takes 2 people. It does feel like quality material though. This is a fantastic storage unit. I have it on my large enclosed patio on my ranch condominium deck. I also have the tall matching shelving bin and have had that for many years. Unboxing and putting it together is a slight challenge. I am an 80 year old Grandma but I only had to call for help once. It required no parts or tools but just a little muscle and perhaps someone to hold it up while you fit all the sides and top together. All of the Rubbermaid bins work like that. The tall bin (exactly the same design) actually was my mother’s and she had it for many years. . Still looks good . You will want to unbox it right where the ail person leaves it and take it piece by piece where you want it to end up. Mine holds my lighted reindeer family and all my garland and lots more. This is a very solid deck box. The installation was kinda annoying and it could be because I'm more of a picture follower and read when something doesn't make sense but the metal bar needs to line up with the notch in the middle after you connect the latch. I had it all screwed down and realized it and had to double screw that. Another one you have to watch out for are the hinges. But it's nice knowing this thing should last and it's very large.
