The quality of this couch is AMAZING!!! We also have a smaller high end couch (purchased at Copenhagen) that cost over 10,000. I love this door knob. I had Emtek before in another house and the quality is the best. At that time I had their melon door knob. This porcelain door knob feels good in your hand. Great customer service. I had a problem, the carpenter I hired to put in the door dropped the rosette and it broke. I called Wayfair and told them what happened. They contacted the manufacturer.
