This is the second home I have installed Kohler Riverby sink in because I love it so much! I have had the 30" version of it in my house since 2016 and it still looks like new! Keeping the included rack in the sink keeps it from getting scratched or marked. I needed a smaller sink for a small condominium I own, so I purchased the same sink in this 25" version. Having the drain offset away from the center makes it much easier to place and rinse dishes without spoons or forks dropping straight down into the drain, so I have never had that issue. It is beautiful, sturdy and the best part is how it slightly slopes downward toward the drain, making rinsing and cleaning it much more efficient. Got the Heritage pull-down faucet, Matte Black, with the knobs. It did a good job for about a year, then it started to leak a little. After a couple of years, the faucet began to chip and peel and then progressively got worse over time. The knobs began to loosen, and the caps that cover the knob screws stopped sealing cause we had to remove them too much to tighten the handles. Initially, I would have said I was very happy with the purchase. But for the cost, I would expect it to last longer than three years. That said, we still have it after four, though it looks a bit mangy. I personally don't think I would order this product again, definitely not in the matte black with knobs. Just too many things with it broke down, and it's not cheap. ***Update: It was still within their 10-year warranty. So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed. They are super heavy and the brushed brass finish is beautiful. Sprayer and faucet all seem well made. We have not installed it yet - so can't speak to ease of installation but instructions seemed pretty detailed. The company sells matching drains which I bought separately for our farmsink. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
