Ce n'était pas possible de demander un retour et remboursement simplement en ligne, le processus me dirigeait vers un contact avec le service à la clientèle par clavardage, mais vers 11h le matin un vendredi c'était fermé? Les heures d'ouverture inscrites pour le clavardage ne font pas de sens. J'ai fini par appeler en trouvant le numéro tout en bas de la page d'accueil Wayfair (nul part dans tout le processus de plainte, ils ne veulent pas se faire appeler). Durant l'appel, après un premier ''contact'' avec IA, j'ai été transférée à une vraie personne qui a très bien pris le dossier en charge. Good materials and overall sturdy but it’s not easy to put together. You pretty much NEED a drill and two people. The center supporting legs do not all reach the floor so sitting down on it can cause noise. The frame is also bigger than a queen size mattress so there will definitely be a gap on one end.. The bed took a bit to put together, but was overall straightforward with its directions. The materials are nice and it looks beautiful when finished. I’m really happy with this bed. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and all the pieces fit together well. Once assembled, the bed feels very sturdy and solid, and it looks even better in person. One of my favorite features is the storage drawer underneath the bed. The drawer has wheels, so it slides in and out very easily, and it’s perfect for storing extra blankets, pillows, clothes, or other things that I don’t want sitting around the room. I also really like the thoughtful design of the slats. There is Velcro along the slat area that helps keep everything securely in place, so the slats don’t move around easily when the bed is being used. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.
