Major Issue with the description. This is NOT 10.5 qt, it holds 7.5 Qt safely. 8qt up to the brim. I am catering for a retreat this weekend. A MAJOR thing to cater for 20 people and this wouldn't do the trick. I had to rush around trying to find a new one. You can see my 4qt jug measured up to the pot that goes inside this one.. Emma. US.
