We’re extremely happy with the Touchstone Sideline Elite fireplace. The flame looks very realistic and bright, and being able to adjust the flame speed is a great feature. The flame and base color options are excellent and don’t look cheap at all. It’s definitely worth the extra cost compared to cheaper options—this looks and functions like a very high-end fireplace without having to spend thousands more. It added a beautiful, premium touch to our new media wall. It came with a log, driftwood and crystals. So, you can style it however you like. The only downside was the shipping speed. Delivery through Wayfair took about two weeks, which caused some inconvenience. Other than that, the fireplace itself is amazing. We have had our range for about 6 months. The cooking is great, everything you would expect, easy to adjust heat. Oven if wonderful as we bake lots of bread, fast preheat is a nice feature for dinner rush. The warming drawer has a spring loaded release that is incredibly annoying, it pops open all the time even if you brush against it with your foot. Additionally most of the time it takes more than one, commonly several, attempts to close and latch it. Sometimes if you open the oven door steam will activate the control panel. They heat up quick when you need it and the barely there simmer level is really good. They cool fast as expected from induction, really easy to clean up messes. The oven temperature is true and burns evenly. Convection is an added feature that I use a lot with baking and love it. I had this oven since January and I love it, only good things to say so far..
